Joseph and Lilian Le Page are the Directors of Integrative Yoga Therapy and Enchanted Mountain Yoga Center in Brazil. Joseph founded Integrative Yoga Therapy in 1992. Since then, he has trained more than 2,000 Yoga teachers and Yoga therapists around the world. Joseph brings together insights through his study of Yoga, educational systems, and healing arts to form a comprehensive and creative educational program. Lilian graduated from the four year teacher training program of Vayuananda and also completed a three year Vedanta study course on the Bhagavad Gita. Her teaching foucuses on Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, and meditation. Joseph and Lilian live at Enchanted Mountain Center in Southern Brazil, where they lead Yoga training programs and vacations throughout the year.

Primary Resource for teaching yoga

I received my yoga teacher certification in '99 in Integrative Yoga Therapy with Joseph LePage. As part of our training, we are given a 300 page manual. While extremely comprehensive, it can be a bit daunting to use weekly in planning yoga classes. Joseph's Yoga Teachers' Toolbox is convenient, concise, yet thorough. Each "flashcard" explains which chakras are affected, how to teach the posture, excellent modifications with photos, and these flashcards are easily copied to be carried to class. I can't recommend this toolbox enough. No matter which teacher training you have completed, this will be an excellent resource for beginning and experienced teachers.

Great tool for teachers

This is a great tool for teachers. The book is a three ring binder that holds removeable cards that can be used for your yoga lessons. Each card contains the posture, the chakras and the prana vayus (just to name a few) that pertains to the posture. Just a great learning tool and very useful!

Great sequences. Perfect for useing in class. Laminated clearly numbered pages, makes for easy reading as well as taking pages out , to take to class. As the pages are laminated and well laid out they do not get damaged. I am studying with the BWY in the UK and have recommended this book to all my fellow students.

About the Author

Sally M. Winston, PsyD, founded and codirects the Anxiety and Stress Disorders Institute of Maryland in Towson, MD. She served as the first chair of the Clinical Advisory Board of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), and received their prestigious Jerilyn Ross Clinician Advocate Award. She is a master clinician who has given sought-after workshops for therapists for decades. She is coauthor of What Every Therapist Needs to Know About Anxiety Disorders.

Martin N. Seif, PhD, cofounded the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, and was a member of its board of directors from 1977 through 1991. Seif is associate director of The Anxiety and Phobia Treatment Center at White Plains Hospital, a faculty member of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, and is board certified in cognitive behavioral psychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology. Winston and Seif offer an accessible, salient and essential tool for any person like me who has suffered from the often subtle, overlooked and crippling burden of unwanted intrusive thoughts. The "Worried Voice", "False Comfort" and "Wise Mind" figures that help narrate the work offer a unique approach that guides the reader through the inherently murky concepts of the sticky mind, paradoxical effort and entanglement that are the intransigent hallmarks of this condition. "Overcoming Unwanted Intrusive Thoughts" offers a viable and realistic path toward recovery using a professionally crafted diet of exposure and acceptance, ultimately presenting the sufferer with a means of finding peace of mind through nothing less than a newfound freedom of thought. In this accessible guide, the authors explain how thoughts can become stuck, and how many "coping strategies" can paradoxically make things worse. It educates, but it also provides concrete practices that really work! The many metaphors and examples keep the book lively and engaging. I am a licensed psychologist, and this is my new first choice for helping my clients who have these concerns. A friend in the entertainment business gave me Legal Aspects of the Music Industry as an early Christmas present when I told him I was thinking of handling my cousin's band. There are other books on the "music industry" but this one gives you a step by step run down of how to avoid being ripped off and how to get things done right...from the start. Schulenberg knows his stuff particularly contracts and rights. Even if you are contemplating a career in the music business, get this book, it's worth every penny!

This publication is an easy to read practical expose on a number of astrological/astronomical strategies for trading/investing in the market. The use of Lunar influences is well known and the author gives a good practical explanation of the method in particular.
Worthy inclusion in the library on financial astrology.

much like all other naturally occurring spirals

No original input by the author. If, indeed, the Square of 9 is a spiral (which it is), then how, and where, does it expand? Where do the ring expansions take place? The author's sketch shows the number 1's box divided into 4 lesser triangles. In fact, the no. 1 counts for the first ring of the (unfolding) spiral and should not be divided. In contrast to what the text says, each of the numbers running along the Square's cardinals and diagonals is a whole number integer. There are no fraction components to this Square. Given also that the Square is a time matrix representing the Milky Way, it unfolds counter-clockwise, from right to left, much like all other naturally occurring spirals.

thinking that i would be a good read on the subject

Hi, I go this "booklet", thinking that i would be a good read on the subject, judging form the information available for it on amazon, but NO, No, No. its just a bathetic attempt to describe Gann's work, the lamest work I've ever read on the subject, to say the least .

I do not recommend it to any reader of any level, as its so basic, its not worth skimming through..

on the other hand , I strongly recommend the books of Mr, Earik Beann.
