She graduated from The College of New Jersey with a degree in health and exercise science and is also a National Strength and Conditioning Association certified strength and conditioning coach, USA Weight Lifting Level 1 coach, Training For Warriors Level 1 certified, and is currently working on receiving her nutritional certification through Precision Nutrition. Tracking your way to success!

I was lucky enough to pilot this journaling system in its draft stage. I found that spending time each day reflecting on food choices, training outcomes, and mindset helped me plan more easily for the next day. I've lost over 100 pounds and tracking my wins and being mindful of my progress has been a big key to my success. The idea of getting one percent better and then one percent better again is really powerful. This system was very helpful to me.
